Heading 1

Determined Women of God Community Group (lovingly known as D.W.O.G.) is a community-based organization serving women, youth, and seniors of all ages.

Our aspiration is to coordinate a group of individuals who are willing and able to work together to improve neighborhoods and communities. Through community cleanups, educating our youth on the advanteages and benefits of community gardening, volunteer at a community food pantry and soup kitchen etc...

Our youth program is designed to engage youth in public and governmental affairs that affect them, their families, and their communities. They also work with senior citizens in their neighborhood with lite lawn care, snow removal and dog walking ect...

We encourage the #PayItForward mentality with the spirit of one-anothering the people of our community. It is D.W.O.G.'s desire to be the light of our community by setting an the example of LOVE in the communities we serve.

Join "TEAM D.W.O.G." on April 27, 2019, for the Walk Against Hunger. We are participating in the walk to raise money for our community food pantry. The money raised will go towards the purchase of a new refrigerator and freezer so we can accept perishable food items along with the non-perishables currently being distributed.

But we are in need of sponsors and donation of any amount if you are able and willing to help you make cash contributions via the cash app at $SonyaLeeEdwards or click on the "Donate Now" button above to contribute using a debit or credit card.

Join Us for Our Quarterly Women In Business Networking Event

Our next meeting is in June 2019, networking groups can be an efficient way to meet valuable contacts and gain ideas. But for some, female-only networking groups go the extra mile in providing a space for gender issues and equality to be discussed without judgment.

During our time women have the opportunity to discuss their business, work life and career goals at ease. They allow those new entrepreneurs to meet other women in business and find mentors to guide them as well as finding new business and partnership opportunities. We help one-another grow our business together.
